Orchard Road is a new facility established to service the needs of the growing Doreen community.
It provides the local community with maternal and child health services, kindergarten, long day care and shared indoor and outdoor spaces.
Orchard Road was developed in partnership with YMCA and Whittlesea Council. A Planum syndicate provided a whole of life funding solution for the development, construction and long-term ownership of the project.
