Clarence Correctional Centre PPP is a major regional correctional facility located in Lavadia, NSW. The PPP was established in 2017 and reached Commercial Acceptance in June 2020, commencing a 20-year concession term. The maximum-security facility supports 1,700 beds and is operated by Serco.

Planum was financial advisor to abrdn on its successful acquisition. This included arranging and closing a holdco financing.
