Sydney Corporate Park is the largest single land holding in the Council of the City of Sydney.

The property spans more than 14 hectares with 117,000 sqm of lettable area, 80 tenants and more than 3,000 workers.

Members of the Planum team advised the owner on a range of ownership options to release equity from the property taking into account the objectives of the various ownership interests.  Ultimately negotiated a sale of the property through a competitive sell side process to the Goodman Group.
