Victorian Schools 2

Learning Communities Victoria (LCV) is the consortium that won the bid to develop 15 new schools as a Public Private Partnership in Melbourne.

The project was procured by the Victorian State Government and included a significant requirement for community engagement and social outcomes.

Members of the Planum team provided project leadership, developed the community solution and led the financial and commercial advisory for the successful LCV consortium comprising Amber Infrastructure, Spotless, Watpac and YMCA.
