Warradarge Wind Farm Stage 2 is a 108MW expansion of the existing 184MW Warradarge Wind Farm, located 26km south-east of Eneabba, Western Australia (225km north of Perth). The project was developed by Synergy Renewable Energy Developments, a wholly owned subsidiary of Synergy, and is owned by Bright Energy Investments, a joint venture between Synergy, CVCDIF and Cbus.
Once completed, Warradarge Wind Farm will comprise 81 turbines with a total nameplate capacity of 292MW, making it the largest wind farm in Western Australia by installed capacity.
Planum advised on the development and financing of the project, which involved a significant expansion of BEI’s portfolio debt facilities.
