The Project was built by Banco Santander and Blue NRG in 2015.
Members of Planum acted as project director for Banco Santander during the completion phase of the project’s construction and as financial advisor on the successful sale of the completed project to Chinese state-owned utility State Power Investment Corporation for $305 million.
