Planum Partners advised InfraRed Capital Partners on the sale of its 30.58% interest in Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) to Dexus funds, Dexus Healthcare Property Fund(DHPF), CommIF and CIF.
The RAH project is South Australia’s flagship health facility and largest hospital, one of Australia's most technically advanced and energy-efficient medical facilities. The project began operations in 2017 as a 35-year PPP with the South Australian Government. The 800-bed hospital is operated by SA Health and provides complex clinical care to an estimated 85,000 inpatients and 400,000 outpatients each year.
Planum ran a competitive sale process involving domestic and international parties.
