Planum advised Pathways Residences (Pathways) on the acquisition and financing of a new independent seniors living development in Sydney’s north shore. On completion the project will include a premium grade mixed-use scheme for >100 new independent living units and aged care beds.
Planum’s role included sourcing the opportunity off-market for Pathways and providing assistance with the planning and design strategy for the project including negotiating with local government stakeholders. Planum ran a market process to appoint a partner to joint venture the funding and construction of the project with Pathways.
