Planum Partners was IPG’s buy-side advisor for its acquisition of the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre Car Park. IPG is owned by Prime Super and First Sentier Investors.
The Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre is the largest medical centre in the Southern Hemisphere. The centre, based in Western Australia, is globally recognised in health care, research and education, and includes more than 40 health-related organisations.
The Project includes the right to operate more than 5,000 parking bays on a long-term concession, including a new multi-deck facility completed in 2013.
IPG holds freehold interest and long-term concessions for more than 10,000 car park spaces at 10 Australian hospital sites .
