Delorean Bioenergy Pipeline

Delorean Corporation (Delorean) is an ASX-listed (ASX:DEL), vertically-integrated renewable energy development, generation and retail company. Delorean develops bioenergy projects that use anaerobic digestion technology to process organic waste to generate electricity and biomethane(“green gas”).

Planum is helping Delorean raise capital to fund its development pipeline of up to $200m and has arranged a capital funding partnership with an institutional infrastructure investor for the initial projects in Delorean’s development pipeline. 

Planum’s role to date has included the identification of potential debt and equity capital partners, transaction structuring and negotiation, project due diligence, and commercial and strategic advice.
