The Herston Quarter project involves the redevelopment of a 5 hectare site in Brisbane into a mixed-use health precinct.

The precinct will include a PPP hospital, private hospital, aged care, retirement living and significant car parking, commercial development and supporting infrastructure.

Planum was financial and commercial advisor to Australian Unity Real Estate for their successful bid to redevelop the precinct.
